Bible history: The Bible was first translated into Armenian in the year 411 A.D. Two translations of the Armenian bible are in common use today. Within Armenia, the Eastern Armenian version is the primary translation used. Armenians in various countries around the world use both the Western Armenian and the Eatern Armenian versions.
